Every year I will make a list of new year resolutions, but truth to be told, not only I can't remember what half of them are toward summer, I usually can not stick to them

This year, by writing on the blog, hopefully the pressure from the public (you guys ) perhaps can force me to stick to it. Anyway, here it goes:

1. To eat more balance meals to have more energy throughout the day
2. To exercise more regularly to lower the risk of heart attack (especially ever since I saw some real fatty hearts during the fat camp...)
3. Try not to sweat the small things
4. Practice positive thinking everyday (this might take some time to kick my bad old habbits)
5. Work more efficiently in the lab and try to love my work not hate while I am doing it
6. Practice yoga to have a calmer mind
7. Be more considerate and kinder to family and friends
8. Keep up the annual traveling plan with friends
9. Learn more skills instead of watching TV
10. Try figuring out what I want to do for my future...

So what do you think? Any suggestion?
