球爸球媽又去逍遙了一個人在家 吃食就傷腦筋
 第一 我不是很賢慧 煮麵是還可以 但是要煮合菜類的
就連我弟都嫌棄吃   T.T
第二　就我 一個人 大費周章煮幾盤蔡 要吃很多天 份量難抓
所以只好隨便解決

最近因為要唸一些文章準備寫論文 而開始常跑中央圖書館 除了中間的桌子 它們有很好的讀書區隔在窗邊(--->)
書桌的高度 材質 比我的都還讚 也有插座 for　laptop
在加上它們去年 install wireless internet for the whole library 可以上網. 是每個學生 商人 及各式各樣的人的天堂. 常常晚點去就沒有好位子 中場離開還會把書ㄚ 外套阿 留下來 以保留位子

  所以早上開門時間快到時 就可以看到一跎人蠢蠢欲動的等在門口

忘記是為什麼 從國中住校時 就養成把日常芝麻小事記錄下來的習慣 雖然現在科技進步 由電腦&blog 代替紙&筆 出去旅行時還是規規矩矩用"傳統"的工具來描寫
找尋一本精美實用的travel journal 是一種另類樂趣 上次有看到的最後一本讓我唸唸不忘的終於在兩年後 因緣巧合在library 附屬的bookstore 找到了
有沒有覺得很眼熟哩(左邊的) 右邊的那本是spain 之旅的

本來不以為意的轉低溫 在三月的今天早上 變成了 落雪 要不是早知道溫哥華多變的天氣 早罵聲聲"變態"了
阿我也知道今年的雪況超好 但是我就是一直沒辦法上山滑雪 阿也不要這樣刺激我咩
可憐草坪上被騙而冒出來的春花
希望它們能撐下去
一些學校 醫院鬧個手忙腳亂的

最近這幾個月 我很高興我在年前買給自己一台筆電當生日禮物
那時差點因為沒啥摳摳 而放棄這idea
幸好thomas 說現在是我最需要筆電的時候 等到我畢業後就沒有那麼有用了 因為我舊電腦跑不順 windows XP.It drove me absolutely crazy 正好給我一個理由換電腦

上星期六是台加的募款晚會 雖然頭提供的一些資料沒有用到
有一點可惜 但是這次由球爸協辦的晚會 是我最喜歡的一次
由幾乎坐不虛席的場地看來 觀眾也同意吧
這次除了球爸是籌備會的一員 我是義工 as usual 以外
球媽因為興趣參加的歌仔戲 還可以登台演出

Yesterday, I came back home from a babyshower. Mimi was sitting on the dinning room chair. I tried to be friendly and to hug him. While I put my hand under him to pick him up, all of sudden, he went bizzaric and kicked my hand off with his hind legs. Some of you know, we only declawed his front two legs and kept his hind legs with long sharp nails for his own defense.
The result is what you see in the picture. I have been scrathed by MiMi all the time for the past 10 years, but this one is the worst one yet. The blood came out so fast for a good 10 minutes. The cut is so long and deeper than any wounds I have ever sustained before. It hurt like hell with buring sensation. We were debating if I should go to hospital emergency for stitches. However, knowing the infamous waiting time here, we decided to wait it out. Thomas found this first aid book stating that applying butterfly bandages (as seen in the picture) worked like stitches to bring wound close together to faciliate the healing. Hence,the monsterous looking hand in the picture >.<

其實我還比較怕會留下像斷掌的疤  (this morning--->)

Last sunday was the closing ceremony of the 2006 winter olympic at Turino, Italy.Like I mentioned before, because Vancouver is the next host city for 2010, everyone in Vancouver paid close attention toward this year's game.
 Also, because team Canada had a record-breaking medal counts, 24 , that  every day we cheered for the ever  increasing numbers on the count down chart. At the end, Canada has 24 medals and ranked number 3, like the Canadian Olympic Commttee boldly predicted at the beginning of the game. Before people found the goal unrealistic after our disappointing performance at 2004 summer olympics. Now everyone feels confident that we can compete with the rest of the world, especially America when the games come to Canada.
So on Sunday, in the central library square, we had a celebration in Vancouver downtown street at the same time with all the people in the Italy for the closing ceremony. The highlight of the day was when the mayor of Vancouver took over the olympic flag and waved it in his wheel chair. Everybody in the crowd was cheering with their flags and all. It was quite a moment to watch not only because we now are in the spotlight for the next game but it also signifies the spirit of the olympic games, when our mayor lives his dream despite the fact that he was paralyzed by a skiing accident many many years ago. It was such an inspiration to everyone just like those athletes competing to get on the podium.
Personally, I was so excited about the game coming that I could not even hold back but to scream. Because I just can't wait to be volunteering at the events. I know it's too late for me to become those excellent athletes so helping out at the games will be the closest I ever will get to the podium and the award ceremoney ^_^  
Besides, I think watching the olympics tourch coming to town will be quite a sight signifing the non-stop hope and inspiration. 薪火相傳. At the end of the ceremony, a clock counting down to the start date of 2010 was revealed. One can almost hope that will leap forward to present.
